* We have received reports that containership, EVER LIVELY, went aground after experiencing a blackout whilst navigating in the channel to Buenos Aires port, Argentina on 4 March 2023.

* The vessel was later refloated with the assistance of tugs and a dredger and berthed at Buenos Aires later the same day.

* It is possible that General Average / Salvage and associated recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.

* We therefore recommend that you contact us if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
