* We have received reports that general cargo vessel, NORDIC (IMO: 9663001) experienced an engine failure in a position off Salcombe, United Kingdom on 09 April 2024.

* It is reported that the vessel was taken under tow by tug to Fowey port, United Kingdom, where it currently remains for inspection, and possibly, repairs.

* It is possible that GA/Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this incident.

* We recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with the cargo stowed on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
